This notice covers skiprs.com, the website. It does not cover the Skiprs application, which is provided to customers under a separate agreement.
Who we are
Skiprs Inc. You can reach us at aurelien@skiprs.com for anything on this page, including a request to see, correct or delete information we hold about you.
What this website collects
The site is a set of static pages. We do not run analytics, advertising or tracking scripts on it, and we do not set cookies.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include visitors' IP addresses, the pages requested, timestamps and browser user-agent strings. These are generated by the hosting platform and are used to operate and protect the site.
If you contact us or book a call
- Email. If you write to us, we keep your message and address so that we can reply and continue the conversation. Our email runs on Google Workspace.
- Booking a call. The booking link is operated by Cal.com. If you book, you give them your name, email address and chosen time, and they pass that to us. Their own privacy notice applies to what happens on their page.
We use what you send us to talk to you about Skiprs. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking you first.
If you share company data with us
During a pilot or evaluation, a company may send us files such as a bill of materials, stock or open-order reports. We handle that under a written agreement with that company, use it only to run the evaluation, and delete or return it on request. We do not use one company's data to serve another.
How long we keep things
Correspondence is kept while a conversation is active and for as long as we may need it for our records. Server logs are kept for the period our hosting provider retains them. Evaluation data is kept for the term set out in the relevant agreement.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to our use of it. Write to the address above and we will respond.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
